After Sale Service

Customer service is one of our priorities, which is why we pay special attention to it in order to keep our customers satisfied.

TME’s After Sales Service is available during the entire warranty period, as defined in the General Sales Conditions.

• All customer service requests must be made by e-mail (contact here),
• From the date of registration of the request for service, the After sales technician will propose solutions to the customer within a maximum of 2 working days,
• TME guarantees the supply of spare parts for the period defined in the sales contract.

Techni-Modul Engineering can take care of the maintenance on contract.
