Project organization
We have a team of project managers. A project manager is appointed at the beginning of the project to manage its daily progress from industrial equipment design to final acceptance. He is the privileged discussion partner of the client and of all the participants. He follows the different phases of the project, in particular the working meetings.

Our production management via our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) allows us to effectively manage all of the company’s activities, to optimize them in terms of productivity, efficiency, quality and to control all stages of the process.

An integrated management system “Quality-Security-Environment-Social (QSESo)” is set up to guarantee the implementation of controlled processes. It covers all our activities. No process is excluded from our management system for the ISO 9001 standard.
