Data processing and liberties
Personal data relating to customers, collected through the various forms, is intended for the exclusive use of TME in the context of the implementation of its services.
TME, as the data controller in compliance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as well as with the rules applicable since 25 May 2018 in application of the European General Data Protection Regulation, undertakes to keep the personal data collected strictly confidential.
The customer benefits, under the conditions provided for by law, from a right of interrogation, access, rectification, portability, limitation of processing and opposition for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to define directives relating to the fate of his or her data after death. The content of the site
The site, the texts, images, sounds, photos, graphics, downloadable files and more generally all the objects contained in the site are the exclusive property of the site administrator.
