TME’s After Sales Service is available during the entire warranty period, as defined in the General Sales Conditions.
- All customer service requests must be made by e-mail (contact below),
- From the date of registration of the request for service, the After sales technician will propose solutions to the customer within a maximum of 2 working days,
- TME guarantees the supply of spare parts for the period defined in the sales contract.
Techni-Modul Engineering can take care of the maintenance on contract.
